As with all tracked shipments, you can find up-to-date tracking information for your UPS Mail Innovations (UPS MI) shipments on our public pages or from within your Chit Chats account.
Alternatively, you can enter your tracking number at UPS's tracking site or follow the linked tracking number in your Chit Chats account.
Your tracking number will also be a valid USPS tracking number as USPS handles final mile delivery of UPS MI shipments. However as a result, tracking updates from USPS's website will only be available from the time the shipment is received by USPS.
