For each Chit Chats region, there is a hub location. This is the main branch or drop spot for processing shipments in that region. When you schedule a third party courier pickup or mail-in your shipments to us, your shipments will be sent to the Chit Chats hub for your region. This ensures that we are able to process your shipments quickly.
