Drop spots function differently than a branch. They are trusted third party businesses that accept shipments on behalf of Chit Chats. Convenience access fees may apply for using drop spots and can vary by drop spot and region.

Using our Ontario Drop Spots


To use one of our Ontario drop spot locations you must:



  1. Have a Chit Chats account.

  2. Request access to a drop spot location. To do this, please sign into your Chit Chats account, visit the locations page for the drop spot and click on Request Drop Spot Access. Our support team will be in touch within 2 business days.

  3. Know your client ID.


  4. Consolidate and batch your shipments.
