Shipments received in one of our branches or drop spots (before the cut-off time) are processed by Chit Chats within one to two business days. There may be times when processing could be delayed due to unexpected circumstances beyond our control (i.e. compliance concerns such as prohibited or hazardous items, customs delays, inclement weather, value discrepancies, operational challenges, etc.).
After processing, we deliver shipments to our partner carriers the following business day, Monday through Friday. The only exception is USPS as this is the only carrier that accepts packages on Saturdays. For this reason, UPS and FedEx shipments are not accepted on Friday.
