Chit Chats Insurance is a low-cost and effective way to insure your shipment’s contents against loss or damage during its entire transit.
Am I required to insure my shipments?
While we strongly encourage adding Chit Chats insurance to your shipments, it is not a requirement for shipping. By default your eligible shipments are opted in to Chit Chats Insurance however, you can opt out at any time.

Isn’t my shipment already covered by carrier insurance?
While some carriers may provide insurance coverage for select postage types, carrier insurance does not cover your shipments while they are within Chit Chats’ service.
