Currently our pickup service is at full capacity and we are not accepting new additions to our routes at this time. If you are located outside of our service area or in an area with no Chit Chats, we recommend scheduling a third party courier pickup.
We offer free pickups from your location when you have a minimum of 40 U.S. bound shipments*. If you have less than 40 U.S. bound shipments, fees are charged on a sliding scale and may vary by region.
- 30 - 39 shipments = $10.00
- 25 - 29 shipments = $15.00
- 15 - 24 shipments = $20.00
- Fewer than 15 shipments = $25.00
Your Chit Chats account will be charged credits for the pickup. You can find a record of all pickup fees in your transactions.
*Subject to approval and applicable in Ontario and Quebec only. Please contact us for Alberta, Atlantic and BC region rates.
Cancellations
If you have any changes to your regularly scheduled pickup please ensure they are submitted no later than 5:00 p.m. the day before your scheduled pickup. We plan our pickups in advance and need time to accommodate changes. Any pickups cancelled after 5:00 p.m. the day before your scheduled pickup will incur a $25 cancellation fee.
