To add a shipping address to an order that only has a billing address:
- Go to your Shopify Account
- Open the order details
- Click 'Edit' next to 'Shipping Address' in right sidebar
- Fill in the address
- Click 'Apply Changes'
- Re-import order in Chit Chats
