Your Chit Chats region is where you ship your packages from; whether this is AB, BC, ON, QC or Atlantic Canada. It ensures your shipments are created with the correct return and postal address information.
If you ship with Chit Chats from out of province or plan on visiting a Chit Chats location in another region, remember to check that you are using the correct Chit Chats region. Shipments can only be received by branches from your designated region.
To change your Chit Chats region:
- Click on Settings (bottom-left)
- Click on Shipping
- Under Chit Chats Region click 'Change' and select region from drop-down
