Tracking numbers are generated for tracked postage options created in your Chit Chats account at the time of purchase. You will find your tracking number under the postage type that you've selected for your shipment.

This service does not include carrier tracking thus, no tracking number is generated for these shipments. Information on the shipment will be tied to the shipment ID. Electronic tracking will end once Chit Chats releases the shipment to the carrier.
